Principle 01

Agents are extensions of humans, not replacements for them.

Human and agent intelligence is jagged. It’s also complementary. Your harness should bring out the best of both.

Better models need more sophisticated harnesses, not less.

When your models can run autonomously for longer, you need better systems for managing them. Otherwise, you’re trading constant supervision for repeated revision.
